Each competitor agrees to report any rule violation to the Tournament Director immediately upon discovery of the violation. The violation of a tournament rule may result in weight loss, the loss of weight up to a specific time during the tournament day, total loss of weight for that particular day, the ineligibility to participate in future Tuesday Night events, or any other penalty deemed appropriate by the Tournament Director in his sole discretion. Protests must be made within 10 minutes of the official closing of the scales at each tournament.
Participation and Eligibility: Participation is open to all anglers, but is limited to anglers 18 years of age or older. Exceptions will be made for those under the age of 18 fishing with an adult. The tournament field will be limited to the first 19 boats that pay entry.
Pre-Tournament Practice: Pre-fishing is allowed the day of and live wells will be checked before take-off.
Registration and Entry Fees: Registration will be held at the designated boat launch for the lake that the tournament is being held up to 5:55 PM. Entry fee consists of $30 total. $20 will go towards entry and $10 will be put in the Big Bass Pot.
Safety: Safe boating must be observed at all times. Tournament days may be shortened or canceled due to unsafe weather or any conditions that would endanger the safety of the competitors at the Tournament Director’s sole and absolute discretion. Competitors are allowed to leave the boat and seek shelter in bad weather, at which time no fishing may occur.
Sportsmanship and Conduct: All contestants are required to follow high standards of sportsmanship, courtesy, safety, and conservation. All rules specific to the body of water will be followed to include speed, no wake, and other posted regulations. Should you be ticketed by a game warden or police officer you will be disqualified from that event. It is the responsibility of each angler to know the current laws for each body of water. Most laws are posted at the launch at each site.

Permitted Fishing Locations: Contestants may fish anywhere on tournament waters accessible by boat, except areas designated as “off limits” or “no fishing” by state or federal officials, or within 50 yards of a competitors boat which was first anchored (an anchored boat is a boat held in a stable position by a line attached to a weight or shallow water anchor system with the trolling motor in the up position), or within 25 yards of a non-anchored competitors boat unless otherwise agreed upon by the other tournament angler. The act of moving Bass from one area of the lake to another confined area of the same lake at any time is not permitted.
Scoring: Will be determined by the weight of each anglers caught during the tournament. Only Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass are accepted species. The limit will be FOUR (4) Bass per team. The minimum official length limit for all species is 14 Inches. Bass presented for weigh-in, which fail to measure the legal length limit, will result in disqualification from the event. Bass will be measured with the mouth closed, tail compressed, and swiped to achieve the overall greatest length. A half-pound (0.5 lb) will be deducted for total weight if bass is dead at the scale.
